Description
Hurricane Sandy off the coast of Cocoa Beach brought wind and rain. Although a surf contest was scheduled, the conditions were too dangerous to allow it. The angry wave carved cliffs at the beach. Salt spray blew in the wind as the powerful waves roared.

AnnaJo, This beach looks gorgeous! But, as you said it had hurricane warnings, so I guess I shouldn't say that? You sure caught those waves whipping up! Fav'd and voted!
AnnaJo Vahle replied:
Thank you, Kym, for your comment and f/v. Yes, it was pretty blustery here but it got worse, as your know, as it traveled north.

AnnaJo Vahle replied:
Thanks, Debbie. It was far more dangerous for those further north up the coast.
