Description
Busy working on a landscape on Merritt Island, Florida in plein aire, I was suddenly surrounded by a flock of peacocks. They seemed to find me curious as they approached me. They came right up to my face and looked into my face. I worried that they might peck out my eyes but the camera lens kept them at bay. As you can see in the reflection, I am squatting down in front of this beautiful one looking him straight in the eye through my camera lens.
