Description
As the state of Florida is opening up again from the COVID 19 Quarantine, I thought it a good idea to express what we have experienced.
This was early April in the beginning of the quarantine. We drove around Port Canaveral during the first week that Florida closed down. We barely saw any people anywhere. It is usually a bustling area. It was eery to see it all so still and unpopulated. It was as if all the people had dropped off the face of the earth.
All the cruise ships were still and docked. Where there were usually buses of people, there were none. The parking lots were empty. In an area where people were usually coming and going, nobody was out and about.
It was a gray rainy day. Even the weather seemed to express a kind of gloominess. Everything was surreal and so very quiet.

I can understand the eeriness! Maybe the future will brighten soon, along with the skies. Cool journalistic photography.

Thank you Kay. Yes...we can all hope for things to return to something like it was before the pandemic.
